Who I Work With

I work with professionals across the arts, heritage and higher education sectors, including:

  • senior leaders and directors

  • emerging leaders stepping into management roles

  • experienced practitioners considering their next career move

  • academics and professional services staff balancing complex responsibilities

My clients come from a range of roles and career stages, but all share a desire to reflect thoughtfully on their work and approach the next stage of their professional journey with clarity and confidence.

How Coaching Can Help

People come to coaching for many different reasons. Some common areas of focus include:

  • reflecting on career direction and preparing for a new role

  • strengthening confidence and leadership presence

  • developing greater impact and influence within an organisation

  • navigating challenging relationships, conflict or workplace dynamics

  • managing pressure and maintaining personal wellbeing alongside professional responsibilities

Every coaching conversation is shaped around your individual goals and priorities.

Getting Started

Complimentary chemistry session: Every coaching engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute conversation by phone or video. This informal discussion gives you the opportunity to ask questions and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.

Flexible sessions: Sessions are typically 60 minutes (or longer if preferred) and can be scheduled at times that suit your schedule. Many clients find that a series of sessions over several months allows time for reflection and meaningful progress.

Where sessions take place: Coaching is available online, making it easy to fit sessions into a busy schedule. In-person sessions may also be possible for clients based in or near Oxford.

Fees: Coaching can be arranged and paid for by individuals or organisations, depending on context. Fees are available on request, and I am happy to discuss options that align with your professional development goals or organisational needs.
